Absolutely useless accounts. Must have spoke to 3 different people to do get a simple tax refund sorted spanning over months, and in the end, I rang HMRC myself and did it. The professionalism on the phone calls are non existent and borderline rude. They were happy to take my money straight away of course! I have requested my paperwork back and what a surprise, no reply. Nobody is willing to take ownership and actually help clients. Will not be using again and will not be recommending.

Popped into this place to make an appointment . It was like walking into an episode of towie or should I say shameless . Was completely ignored by by two ladies In there who were to busy talking about ibiza and using fowl language . Completely unprofessional and rude
