I had ro drive for 40 minutes from Colindale to TLC Borehamwood , I wanted to buy some Led lights, but there were many options, at the counter there was a brown man with glasses,and beard, very rude I asked him for help twice, he said look at the book, he was frozen as a humanoid, I said can I see a model as an example, we said they are on the second floor, and left the store, very poor service, I'm not going there anymore
