Can't fault TMT First. My Pro Buds 3 had a issue with the case where it would only charge the buds if it was connect to a cable and not independently.

Booked through Samsung as still under warranty.

Sent to TMT through DPD on Friday they received on Saturday issued a new case and sent back and received on Sunday.

Really can't fault them.

People will only ever post bad reviews...but I would just like to share a 5* TMT fixed my water damaged S24U within 10 working days. It's come back as new...new screen, back glass camera modules all done. Superb service!

Phone ruined
Bought my Samsung fold 6 on Feb 7th of this year. In May a line appeared down the middle of the screen so I contacted Samsung. They sent my phone here for repair and I received the phone back mid June. The phone seemed to be fixed and I was using it for a few weeks. Then at the start of August the front screen became completely unresponsive. Samsung advised me to take the phone to a Samsung centre near me. After leaving the phone with them and being told it would be fixed within two hours, I received a phone call from them asking if it had been repaired before. I told them it was with TMT First in June for a previous repair. Turns out when they opened the phone to do the repair there were parts missing, fingerprints on the inside of the phone, and they couldn't find any record of the previous repair on their system. Because of this they said I would have to pay for this as the first repair hadn't been completed properly so the warranty was broken!! I had read reviews of TMT First after my phone was sent to them and was quite concerned, seems my concerns were valid. Please think carefully before sending your phone here, my 6 month old phone is now no use to me unless I pay over £400 for a fix!!!

My 1 month old Flip 7 developed a pixel problem on the fault line. They claimed the screen is punctured an outside warranty and that I should pay over £300. This is clearly a product fault. Absolutely a scam from the service centre as they make money out of repairs and not a product replacement under warranty. Avoid them at all costs.

Had extreme concerns after reading multiple reviews but can only speak positively on my own experience. Galaxy buds 3 pro developed a fault with a loud beep from both headphones. Spoke to Samsung and sent off to tmtfirst via dpd who collected unit. Tmt had it a few days at best and sent text to confirm fixed and being sent back. Received in timely manner.

Seen a few say they got wrong device back among other issues but for me, got the correct device back and fully working so have to say happy person.

Hope others receive same level of service as I had!

Don't trust them!!!
I did send my watch to report, while I was on holiday message appeared saying your watch over heated switch off, I did when I came back to uk did call samsung to report they send it to TMT first, next day 100% they did brak the back screen and they trying to blame me🤣🤣 how on earth you can break the watch when you were on your wrist.. now they asking for £30 just to investigate and the watch it is under warranty!! Don't trust them

I am SHOCKED!!!! My screen got damaged so I sent the phone over via Samsung repair booking. I got back information that of course it is past the warranty and a quote of £349 so I didn't accept it, as I was hoping I can find a different provider. They sent me back the phone all smashed on the back as if someone stepped on it. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Showing you photos of the day when I was sending it over, and from today when I received it. I am literally crying. and I don't know what to do now? I am thinking police maybe?

I sent my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 in for repair solely because the screen protector was peeling at the top. This had actually been peeling for months, it was only then, as it starting peeling more, that I finally decided to get a new one. The device was fully functional with no issues other than the peeling screen protector. After Samsung’s repair centre received the phone, I was sent an invoice for £469, as they claimed the warranty was voided due to 'cosmetic damage’. Since the device was only sent in for a screen protector replacement, I requested it be returned to me—I would have replaced the protector myself, but given the folding nature of the phone, I thought it best to have a professional handle it. When I received the phone back, it was completely discharged. After leaving it to charge for a while, I turned it on, only to find the interior display was green and flickering. I was obviously very upset—the phone, which had a fully functional display (other than a peeling protector) when I sent it in, was now completely unusable.

I contacted Samsung and sent them photos showing the device fully functional when it was sent in, and the broken state when it was returned. They responded by stating that, due to the ‘cosmetic damage’, the warranty was void as per their terms and conditions and any repair would be chargeable. The issue, however, is that the phone went in perfectly functional and was returned broken. It seems that, according to them, because it had cosmetic damage when it arrived, they are allowed to send it back in a broken state, even though it wasn’t when it was sent in.

This was a Galaxy Z Fold 4—an extremely expensive device that is now completely worthless. Despite sending it in with only a minor screen protector issue, Samsung’s repair process has left me with a phone that no longer works. I trusted them to handle it, but instead, they have returned a broken device and refuse to take responsibility for it, hiding behind cosmetic damage as an excuse. As a long-time Samsung user, I’m appalled at the way Samsung have treated me and never ever consider purchasing another Samsung device.

I would make to make future customers beware that Samsung appears to use cosmetic damage as an excuse to deny warranty claims, making it unlikely you’ll succeed claims. Worse yet, they returned my fully functional device completely broken. Proceed with caution when relying on their repair services.
