Ordered a pair of safety trainers, they came into the store the very next day. Lovely friendly staff that are eager to help and really quick service. Great store, glad to finally have a more local Toolstation. Will definitely be shopping here again.

One star because the app wouldn't let me give none !
Went in to buy 3 common items. None of which were in stock and the barcodes on the 2 additional items that I picked out of the promotional bins wouldn't scan. The sales assistant whined to the two others who were doing literally nothing but couldn't be bothered to step over and lend assistance.
I left in disgust having bought nothing, drove a few miles up the road and went into Screwfix where I ended up spending over £350.
Well done Toolstation. Another success for Screwfix 🙄
