Been here several times no other customers waiting and I stand there like a lemon, staff don't make eye contact and sometimes it's for a few minutes, never had that ever at screwfix on the same estate, no excuse for rudeness

Use this Toolstation every few days. Great range of products at good prices and if not in stock takes 24 hours normally to arrive. The Billingshurst staff are great,always cheery and willing to go out of their way to help. Even if you are not trade its very much worth a look.
Edit... Don't even try to contact an individual store as you cannot,they use a central phone number with immense queues and insufferable music.

Absolute stars! I visited here yesterday and the assistant was super helpful getting the new toilet into the car. Really pleasant team. I wish I'd asked the assistant's name to give her a shout out. Made my day 🙂

It's great to have a Toolstation branch in Billingshurst. The people that work there are genuinely helpful and interested in making sure you get what you need. It's open until 8pm in the week and you can park outside the front door, brilliant!

Friendly staff. Willing to spend time n chat about issues relating to appropiate fixings for items strong enough to do a job or not.
Am proficient DIY'r but always handy to get a different perspective...
Not all staff the same though n wernt rushed off feet!!!
