We went to this shop for a tiny but very important tool, a little key to open the gas/electric meter cupboard - after having been to all the big shops. It was found in seconds, it cost not very much, and the service we received was tremendous! Guys, I’m very grateful, you were attentive, super polite and super efficient! We left, thinking, we’ve not had service like this in years, and why can’t every visit to a shop be so amazing! Thank you very much!!!

I visited Toolstation cheshunt last week and despite the limited parking. The staff there are really friendly and fast service. There was only two staff present which if I remember correctly their names Nida and Gus. Very helpful, welcoming and acknowledge all the other customers that was in the store. I will definitely go back there again to have such a positive experience.
