Ordered a brand-new brush cutter, but was given one that had clearly been used — torn packaging, scratched parts, signs of assembly. Complained and was sent a replacement. Went to collect it, and unbelievably, that one was used too — damaged box held together with gaffer tape. The store supervisor opened it and immediately agreed it wasn’t new. I was refunded for that in store.

Because of all this, I returned the battery I’d bought at the same time on Friday 11th July. It’s now Wednesday 16th July, and I’m still waiting for the refund. I emailed customer support, but no response.

After years of shopping with Toolstation, I won’t be using them again.

I went to tool station ask for help and a lady with tattoos would not help me I said I can’t see and she said look at the book sad that customer service is getting poor. But I will soon get in touch with the ceo and make sure they sort their staff out I come away with nothing after 5miles

We had to intro Toolstation on Wednesday this week and, standing next to us was a customer who was I would class not only challenging but also exceptionally difficult but, I would like to commend the girl behind the counter who was not only courteous but, at the end was extremely patient. I understand the man wasn't very helpful, due to the numerous stock items, at the end of the day you have to be able to help staff members. I'm not sure of the lady's name at the Crawley branch on the Manor Royal but, for her professionalism she should be commended

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Abu provided excellent customer service today by assisting with the items required. He was friendly, professional and helped us with the pipes required to resolve the issue. The 3metre pipe wouldn’t fit in the car so he provided assistance by providing us with the appropriate tool to cut the pipe whilst there. Amazing customer service. Thank you 😊

All staff are very lovely and helpful people who work really well and efficiently. The management team are amazing! Even when they’re understaffed they do such a great job. was really helpful telling me what screws and wall plugs I need for my shelf today for a good price too 🙂

In the height of the Covid.19 pandemic, we have used the click and collect service. I cannot fault anything, as this branch delivers it all. They are pleasant, polite and after ordering we receive a message usually with 10 mins. to collect.The prices are fair, and ordering very straight forward.Well done to all.

The service is the fastest and most accurate of all it’s competitors even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic in full force. I have been able to order and collect everything I needed and most orders are sorted and ready for collection in minutes!!
I have used other like minded businesses too and have to wait up to three days for the same services!!
