I've been coming here for years but unfortunately I've been left with a bad taste in my mouth on this occasion. I purchased a Ronseal fence paint that looked completely different on the tin to what it looks like on my fence. I took photos and the staff didn't seem to want to admit this and instead tried to tell me that I should accept that it's the same? One member even tried to tell me that it might be because I was painting it onto a new fence and that the colour on the picture could be based on being painted on an old fence. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Unfortunately I've emailed head office with pics and still complete denial that the colour is different. I've ended up buying my new paint from B and Q and I will never give this company my money ever again. After spending a couple of thousand over the years here i found the staff to be very dismissive. Not impressed. Off to Screwfix from now on for trade prices .

It says on google that Toolstation branches are open till 8pm on Monday but when I went there it turns out that they close at 7 pm. Can you please update this so customers do not waste their time and petrol . Thank you.

Great service from big Tony at this store today. Done all he can to get me the best price and then paid 26p from his own pocket to save me breaking into another note.

I collected an item today and had a concern I needed to discuss. The staff at New Eltham made time for me and the new Manager was very approachable. This store is often busy and the team here do very well to keep it all going. Sometimes as traders we get frustrated easily but keep up the good work, as your service is greatly appreciated.

Totally useless, cancelled our 1st order with no notification and the refund seems to be in cyberspace. Ordered again took my money for click and collect, turned up at shop and now saying item is not in stock (why not say that at time of ordering) now asked for refund told it will be 3-5 days. So quick to take the money and very slow to give it back. Customer services a complete joke. Now waiting on 2 refunds and not holding my breath on getting either seeing that they can't sort the 1st 1 out.
