Poor customer service.
Bought an item on the 4th of June was not given a receipt and the order wasn’t placed on my account. Tried to return some of the items but then they refused to take accountability of the error in not placing the items on my account and refused to give me a refund or exchange on the items that I wanted to return .

1st time in this store this morning, So happy to see Gary got prompted to branch manage, also nice to see that Lara moved there with him. Very pleasant team always eager to help, you will see a lot more of me & the lads.
