Been in today and had an appalling experience dealing with Steven who always seems to have a poor attitude, but today he might as well have told me to go away as everything seemed a hassle searching for items. Really poor service and had zero interest in helping me as he had a lot to do, which is a shame as the rest of the staff are normally spot on!

Absolutely disgusted!!!! Went to Tool Station in Stanley for a mixer tap after looking in the catalogue at the door this one seemed just the job. Went to counter and the numbers were wrong apparently and was for a different item Two separate taps not the mixer? So I was charged the new charge of £37.48 Neither Sarah nor Ebony were at all helpful it's a case if you want it it's that price?
Have they never heard of false advertising since it is in their catalogue right there THAT is the price I should be charged....
NOT HAPPY WON'T BE BACK!!!!

Toolstation as a company I do not have a problem with, they normally have what I am looking for and at a reasonable price however what I do find with this particular branch is the staff my god every time I visit this store all staff look absolutely sick of their lives, someone needs to do something to try and lift their mood.

Jamie always helpful as are all store staff. Gareth and Jamie helped me find a decent alternative to a product that didn't work for me. Great having this store in Stanley, saves me a drive into town for odd bits. And the knowledgeable and friendly staff make it better!

Popped in to ask advice about a battery for a drill. We were served by Jamie who was very helpful from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and a great salesman we walked out with a whole new drill. Will definitely shop there again
