Great team at Uckfield, always quick with click and collect orders. They always seem to have slightly more niche items in stock so they can really help getting you out of trouble. The travel mug I got for this review is good as well!

Fantastic. After a complete online order fiasco taking a week for an item to arrive. I popped into the store and explained the situation. Phil took complete ownership, made a call and had the item cancelled, reordered and then delivered to the store the very next day. Thank you Phil and all the staff at Uckfield.

Very quick service through the click and collect system online and the staff there are always helpful and friendly. Would recommend Without hesitation, plus the bonus of not having to queue on most occasions makes them my first port of call !!!

Moved to the area during lockdown and moved home and business these guys and girls have been brilliant much better service and attitude than the branch I was previously using place my order at 07.30 and its ready to be collected on my way in at 08.30 and when needed advice gave it or found out what I was asking five star service.

Brilliant service. Relied on them throughout the ‘shut down’ to help supply materials to sort out a refurb that was ‘ripped out’ just before lock down. Can’t fault them. Friendly, supportive, took care to maintain distance. What more can I say!!
