Absolute Top Quality with Top Plumb
Hired this company on recommendation of another local plumber who didn't cover my area, and from the initial email with Office staff, Kevin visited and discussed my requirements and gave recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered honestly and quickly. The quote prepared was in the middle of two others, but as Kevin explained the pros of my boiler and the benefits it would give I decided to hire them.
The workmanship from all members who visited my property was 1st class, the carpets were protected from the start and the work done to the highest quality and everything was left clean and tidy on departure.
I will be using them again in the future for my annual servicing, as they are a company I would highly recommend to others and the staff know what they are doing and the service top class.
Its not always easy to find these days, so keep it up and keep doing what your doing!

Kevin and Andy are the best team to work with to install a new hybrid heat pump. From the heat loss survey through to installation was about 4 weeks and the work they did was of extremely high quality. They’ve really helped me reduce my bills but also get a new reliable and well installed system in place that provides great heating and loads of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Two of the best Heat Geeks that’s for sure!!

Top Plumb has replaced my old boiler with a new, efficient model that is hydrogen-ready and can work with a heat pump.

They have worked hard all week. Handled all the unexpected problems that inevitably come up with professionalism, speed and expertise.

They have been easy to have in the home and have been considerate of us as they do their work.

I'm especially impressed with how well-versed they are with eco-friendly heating solutions and appreciate the time Andy's spent to explain to me the best ways to upgrade our home.

After a leak occurred in my kitchen I was very glad that Top Plumb was the only plumber who didn't go straight to voicemail when I called. Instead I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional person (Kerry) who collected the details, told me the cost and arranged for someone to visit later that day. (I assume the other two plumbers I called first and left messages with will not be getting back to me now, 24 hours later...) Kerry emailed me a form to fill to describe the problem and provide photos. I was told this would allow the plumber to know what to expect in advance of his arrival.

Sure enough, when Kevin and Jason arrived a bit later, they were very polite and professional and got down immediately to the task in hand. I was worried that because the leak was in a very awkward place there would be quite a lot of disruption to my kitchen. That wasn't the case at all as Kevin wedged himself in while Jason provided tools etc. They were an excellent team! I was also very impressed with the way they used technology to enable them to work more efficiently and how they explained everything to me very clearly. They fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and tested everything before leaving. Apart from being, in my opinion, brilliant at their jobs they were also really nice guys!

I am so impressed that I am considering using them for other major work I need done to my central heating system and I have no qualms about recommending Top Plumb.

This company installed a new boiler and came back after a week to fit a part they had forgotten. Over the next six months we repeatedly asked for help to diagnose and correct a major malfunction. The company did not visit but told us many times that we should have all of pipework in the house replaced (it was working perfectly) and learn how to use the controls properly (we had). They eventually asked us not to contact them again. Finally another technician diagnosed that our problem was caused by Top Plumb joining the pipes to the boiler in the wrong order and he fixed it. Whilst anyone can make a mistake, we found this company's approach to customer service unacceptable and cannot recommend them.
