I got into my new flat and there was no electricity so I enabled the emergency credit.as I had not moved all my staff I went to stay at a friend's place. Came back 3 days later and there was no electricity. I have only been there for 5 minutes.why can't you charge tenants directly.

What wonderful customer service! I sent an email because I couldn’t phone out and within minutes I had an emailed reply and a call back! I couldn’t top up with my usual card and am partially sighted so couldn’t see to sort anything else out and was in a complete panic that I would run out if electric. The kind customer service team member then helped me sort out my top up issue and helped me figure out what was going on with my card which is now sorted.

I usually find speaking to any customer service departments stressful but was instantly at ease it was lovely not to be sat on hold for an eternity or waiting a week for an email and the customer service assistant who helped me was so kind and cheerful and very patiently waiting for me to get myself organised with my paperwork.

I honestly can’t thank you enough for doing your utmost to help me. You did indeed go above and beyond, thank you.

I have got 4 electric and gas meters, which I have had for nearly two years. They were most helpful in the initial set up and since then I have had no issues. The tenants are happy as they know that they are getting a good service. There has never been any issue regarding payment as every month I get a statement of the account and a payment directly into my Bank account a few days later.
