Total Biomass Solutions are a great company , as they are so reliable and punctual. I found Phil to be hardworking and just got on with the job...no fuss and very tidy and polite. The communication from Helen was also spot on and I am very happy with this company.

Asked these conmen to come fix my eta boiler. Told me it was a lambda sensor. Come back a week later with the part. Said it would be a few hundred pound. Great. Do it please. Lads were there most of the day.

Two weeks later I get the bill. £2000 later!!!! They had in fact took it upon themselves to fit more parts and do a full service which I never asked for.

I’ve refused to pay it now they have slapped me in court.
