We installed a softener using Total Soft Water earlier this year, and our only regret is that we didn't do it years ago. The installation was stress-free, and not only are we experiencing the benefits of soft water - e.g. no need for descalers, less soap needed, easier cleaning, etc., we are also noticing that pre-existing scale gradually disappears. We have, for example, avoided the need to replace the dishwasher, which now looks like new inside!

I have had the pleasure of ordering my new Harvey’s water softner from Total Soft Water Ltd recently. I quickly realised that not only are they really very professional, but they are also competitively priced and just wonderful people to deal with!

Dave came to install the new softner on time as agreed, he clearly knows his stuff and was so pleasant and helpful with any questions I had. His work was very neat and tidy and nothing was too much hassle, he is clearly very passionate about his work!

It’s not often you get great service from start to finish, but with this company you definitely do!

I was given helpful advice before committing to the purchase of a Minimax water softener. Fitting was arranged and completed by a friendly installer within a few days so now we are drawing soft water again. I am pleased that this new softener uses block salt which will be easier to handle.

Please beware that this is actually a Harvey water operating company and sadly, is not run very well. Had a very quick call out response but their engineer did not even try to diagnose the issue with our existing HV4.
The chap was in a mad rush, came to use our toilet, gave a verbal quote for a complete replacement and left within 10 minutes. Now they want to charge us for a full call out service.
You need to tell all your customers upfront that you are basically Harvey's and come with it, the associated poor quality service that they provide.

Update: James has cancelled the invoice as no work took place. He's a fantastic rep for the company, but sadly the rest of Harvey drags it down.

Total Soft Water were great. They gave us sensible advice in their shop, and were positive and proactive about the installation, which others had suggested might not be possible because of the small space we have. They ran through everything we needed post installation and have generally been fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Excellent experience! Warren (sales) and Dave (installation) were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Had obtained a quote 2 years ago from the company but only went ahead today with a Kinetico Premier Compact HE and a new 3-way reach tap in chrome. Very happy - highly recommended!

I have recently had a Kinetico Compact installed and, although the unit is not cheap, Total Soft Water's service is second to none. My friend, who bought a unit from Paul 15 years ago recommended them to me.

Paul and Nathalie answered every question I asked, in person, via email and phone over a period of 3 weeks! They were very professional and patient with me. No question was too small or silly which I really appreciated. At no point did I feel pressurised to buy.

The installation team was also very professional and explained how to operate the unit.

I am very happy with my experience with Total Soft Water and am really enjoying the soft water. I would definitely recommend them.

I had the water softener installed in October and they did a fantastic job, they also fixed a lot of the issues that had been left by the previous plumber which resulted in the old tap not being able to get changed. Paul and Jason did all of the fixing and allowed me to get the new tap at no extra cost to, Thanks.
Excellent service would not hesitate to recommend them, the water Softner is still working nicely let’s hope it last a long time, they also offered excellent advice on which water Softner to purchase.
