I had the best experience today. I went to towler and stains not knowing what I needed or what I was doing having had some new furniture delivered for the garden and the fire pits needed gas. Gareth was so helpful and knowledgeable, they also had an excellent range of quality bbqs one of which I bought, Gareth told me exactly what i needed and didn’t need and said they would deliver everything all ready built up within a couple of hours.
Nick arrived such a lovely helpful guy. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and the furniture company had not set the fire pit tables up properly so Nick spoke to them on the phone with me and sorted it. Both Gareth and Nick went above and beyond today Thankyou so much. Nick explained how to re order gas when we’re low.
Such a pleasure to deal with lovely people. Great service great quality and great value x x

Superb customer service and efficient website. Needed to order calor gas online then collect in-store (via a taxi!). I spoke to several people and everyone was helpful, including running through the process online. The website was quick and worked like a dream, including notifications on collection. Would definitely recommend them.

Had to go to the Keighley shop today for advice and ultimately, gas for a fire pit. I wish I knew the guy’s name who advised, he was brilliantly helpful and guided me in the right direction. Will definitely be getting my custom from now on, the guy was a credit to Towler and Staines!

Ordered some Coleman gas canisters that are a hard size to get (16.4oz - generally used for American stoves). They arrived really quickly and the order was updated at every stage of delivery. Will happily purchase from their store again.

Absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful when arriving in our motorhome as we had run out of gas. Opened the gates so we could park in compound and opened second gates so it was easier for us to manoeuvre out. First class service with kind and friendly staff.

I smell gas from my portable heater, took it back a few months down the line, manager tested it and said there's no fault, still smell the gas when I come down in the mornings, and he said I'm not replacing it. No more custom from me to the keighley store...... Simple and bye

"The Best Camping Shop Ever" this is an "Aladdin's Cave" for anything to do with camping. I was looking for a part for my Cadac BBQ, no camping shop that I contacted had what I needed, yes they would sell me a brand new Cadac, but don't carry spares.
Where did I find what I desperately needed ? "Towler & Staines" posted it to me the same day that I ordered it, shame there are not more shops in England that offer this superb, professional and courteous service, thanks again to all the staff, highly recommended.

The staff are very helpful and informative. There is a great range of mobile room heaters, barbecues etc. If you need something they don't have in stock they usually have a brochure and can order you one.
