From consultation, site visit, to installation TPS Gates were exceptional with great communication and service throughout. We had a gate out of service for about a year requiring a complete overhaul, new motors and wiring, etc. all done ahead of schedule and linking it up to the controller via VIDEX. We are delighted with our fine Iroko hardwood gates from TPS. Paul came round to see us to work out the best options given our sloping driveway and extra-wide gap. He helped us choose, offering suggestions and guidance but leaving us free to work out what was best, and was speedily responsive when we followed up with queries. Craig and Tom came to fit them a few days after installing the metal posts; they worked solidly and fast, and nothing was too much trouble. The technology is impressive, and they gave us a clear tutorial in how to use the remote controls and so on. Since then we've been in touch to work out all kinds of details -- how to speed up the time the gates close after opening, for example -- and they've come straight back. In sum, a great company to deal with, and the gates are just superb. And that's not just our opinion: everyone who has seen them so far says it too.

We had electric gates installed by TPS a few years ago, great product and great service. Since then TPS have continued to provide first class customer service in helping with any user related errors (!), servicing the gates, and responding quickly to any wear and tear issues we've had.
I would highly recommend anyone thinking of installing electric gates to call Paul and the team at TPS.

What an exceptional company!!
We updated our existing electric gates to a GSM intercom system and had safety bars fitted, to conform to current H&S regulations. I approached several companies but TPS Gates seemed the most professional, and proved to be so. Paul Deane was extremely prompt in his responses, making sure every detail was taken care of. He is a credit to this company. Tom the fitter did a great job too. We’re really pleased we found TPS gates and will continue to use them.

This is the second time we have used Paul and his team at TPS Gates. Our requirements this time were for the design, manufacture and installation of a new set of wood and metal gates. The entire process was handled extremely well, with helpful drawings for approval of the design and a clear quotation. The only minor hiccup on the communication of an installation date was swiftly rectified. We even received progress photographs of our gates in construction! The quality of workmanship and components used are first rate. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.
