A beautiful shopping experience! Lovely music, relaxing atmosphere, dog water provided, gorgeous items, warm and welcoming service. The more of these ethically-minded stores we have in the world, the better! It was very satisfying choosing from the box of pre-loved bottles to refill, knowing I was not contributing to more plastic production. Plenty of mindfully-priced products for the more financially conscious consumer, but with indulgent gifts and toiletries to browse as well. Definitely worth the walk to Bolton Street!

The best. Very friendly staff, high quality products. They put a lot of thought and energy into selecting the very best products. They also accommodate a lot and never hesitate to add almost any product that we are interested in even if the product might not be "proven" at that stage, from a business perspective. I love spending time there, so does my partner (and I suspect my dog as well), and we hope they get the big success they deserve.

It’s like a sweet shop for adults!

Fantastic shop. I've used both the delivery service and shopped in store. The service is excellent, everyone is really friendly and helpful. The products are great - wide choice and value for money. Great for staples like herbs, spices, pastas, rice, etc, as well as a range of cleaning products. Love that I can buy marzipan all year round, without any packaging (I have to resist buying it every shopping trip, because HELLO SUGAR!)

The new position of the shop is fantastic for anyone driving. Lots of spaces to park for an hour for free, even on a Saturday. Also really handy for anyone who lives near town /Torre to get to by foot. An absolute must place to shop for anyone concerned about the amount of waste created by their grocery shopping, or for anyone looking for great service, great products or looking to support a local business. It's also aesthetically pleasing to have things like pasta, seeds and lentils lined up on the shelf in pretty jars!

Thank you Trace-Less for giving us all the option to be more sustainable!

I have only recently discovered this anti-waste/eco friendly shop and I really can't recommend it enough. Both times i have been in the staff have been really friendly and helpful. The produce and products they offer is varied and more often cheaper or at least matching supermarket prices! I will definitely use this shop more often.

Traceless has a fantastic range of products, including many which are organic. Every store cupboard item you could ever want is here, there is even tea and coffee. Why buy from the supermarket with all the unnecessary waste?! There is also a great selection of household cleaning products and other liquIds such as shampoo and conditioner. A very lovely store with great cleanliness processes in place, for example, scoops etc are used once and returned separately for cleaning. We shop here most weeks to fill up on all of our dry products, cleaning products and household items as well as the odd treat - the honeycomb coated in chocolate is delicious! The cost is much cheaper than traditional supermarkets too.
The staff also care about why this store is so important to help minimise the impact that single use packaging and food waste is having on climate change.
Less money. Less wastage. Socially responsible. Why wouldn’t you shop here?

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!!
I use the delivery service and I can’t fault it! Ordering and paying for goods on the website is easy and straightforward, and delivery to my door is very quick, often the same day!! High quality, fresh produce, plenty of choice and excellent value for money. Superb customer service and communication too. I can’t recommend this shop enough!! It’s revolutionised the way I shop!

Will 100% be visiting again. Dana was really friendly and helpful. They have a great selection for the size of the store. Products are cheap and its a good idea in helping to cut down on all the plastic used in the world.
