Having purchased a replacement door mirror from 2 other suppliers, both the wrong fitting, I remembered the brilliant service I had received a few years ago from Trade Vehicle Parts. I contacted them and the lady in the office was friendly and most helpful, I supplied a photo and measurements of the existing mirror which she forwarded to the warehouse. I then received photos and measurements of the part they identified as the correct version, which was supplied in a timely manner. Bingo the mirror has just been fitted in under 1/2 hour and is perfect. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Trade Vehicle Parts and their friendly, professional and helpful staff. A BIG THANK YOU AGAIN.

Ordered fog light covers for my car a specific version that doesn’t cover the day time lights, they’re more expensive but the right part for my car trade vehicle parts have sent me the cheap version you can get on eBay for half the price it’s not even the product imaged on the website absolute scam don’t use these guys.
First picture is what I received second is what they advertised as you can see they’ve sent me the cheap Chinese copy’s that aren’t the right ones!

SCAMMERS AVOID. Ordered a bumper from there for next day delivery. Never arrived and still waiting now. No response to my emails asking the status of my order and then also no response when asking about a refund. Seen more reviews that are the exact same issue. Reporting to trading standards. Vile company

Customer brought me this body kit to fit to their car, it comes with about 40 screws (5 or 6 different kinds), loads of pre-cut sticky pads, and zero instructions. I called up twice, first guy hung up on me, second guy told me to ‘guess how it fits together’. I know they don’t make the kit and it’s just Chinese crap they buy for £100 and sell for £400, but the customer service is shocking

If you need car parts then yes they do supply them. And if you want to spend the next 5 weeks of your life on and off the phone to them trying to explain that they have sent you the wrong parts this is the company for you. 6 phone calls later I still don't have all the parts I ordered and at this point it's easier just to deal with a company that knows what they are doing! Prices are appealing but just don't be tricked in to thinking that your going to receive what you ordered.
