Horrible service of the college. Makes you run rings to just cancel a course allows other people to alter your details and generally unhelpful and rude stuff do not go here. I do not recommend. run the opposite direction. Would do zero stars

This is the worst if not the worse college in the world.
I signed up for this course and they communicated well, after I’ve signed up it was the worst and the only time they'll call you is when it's time to pay. Even when trying to cancel you can't and you're not getting a student ID or anything of that sort it's just a reap off. And they'll even threaten to send collection agencies to your home .
JUST DON'T TAKE ANY COURSES WITH THEM

I have enrolled via a phone call through the ERR company, not the trading name TradesTech for the Full Scope Electrical Installer + PV + EV course, and I have attended here for my first week of workshops this week.

I would have liked to read a review from someone about their bad experience inside the building, but all the reviews are about pre-attendance experiences.

I will gladly be the first to mention that I had a useless tutor named Bob Reddick. He is a lazy person as he doesn't like to help and only gives you attention when you ask him a question to understand what you are meant to be doing. You ask him a question, but you never get a straight answer. He thinks he is funny, but he is an insecure old man who has been in the industry too long and just doesn't care. He himself even mentioned that his glad that he was not in the field anymore.

He is always sarcastic and mocking you in front of the other students. Trying to humiliate you by saying things like "That is a silly question, isn't it?" and "What do you think it is?" Etc..He is very intimidating as his not friendly, doesn't say good morning, never smiles, and just disrespectful. The first time he spoke to me, he asked, "What is your name floppy?" I was offended, and my response was,"Floppy?" No, my name is....He then said, "I call everyone floppy?"

I am paying nearly £8,000 for this course, and the result is that I'm not learning much because the tutor is a bully and racist. How do they expect you to concentrate and learn anything when you receive this type of behaviour. You expect a tutor to be a good role model to the students, be professional, and informative.

BE ADVISED AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS TEST CENTRE IN BASILDON.

FRAUD! STAY AWAY! - my partner wanted to cancel the course but they wouldn’t allow him to as he didn’t have a student number. He asked for help to locate his ID number, but no-one would help him! They said a course had to be cancelled within “7 days” which he missed due to them not helping him. He has never used they resources or had a tutor but they continue to take money out of his account with no permission even though the direct debt was cancelled. They stated it was the law to cancel before the 7days. Please read the comments, we are not the only people.

NO STARS AT ALL IF I COULD. This is an absolute scam! STAY AWAY.
Signed up for an apprenticeship through EKC and got stuck with these people somehow. They sent me a couple of flimsy books and a CD and took £180 from my bank account for a year. I couldn't cancel it. DO NOT USE. SCAM AND FRAUDSTERS. STAY AWAY.

This college is such a scam literally they’re just hungry for your money. It’s crazy that the guy that I was sorting out all the paperwork with even told me that I can cancel the course any time I want and today I called customer service to cancel my course and they told me I can’t do it, because there’s a 14 day cancellation period. How can someone even find out they enjoy the course within 14 days? It’s so dumb.

I looked at the reviews before I even sent £60 deposit! I am disgusted and feel like an idiot for getting into this scheme it seemed genuine but then I realised that they didn’t mention in the first meeting that I would have to pay upfront a £60 deposit since then I spoke to my uncle and he also showed me some reviews DO NOT trust this service I would not like any more people to go through their scheme of FRAUD!! I had a dream to start a career in construction but electrician and tbh they have shattered that dream and I will not be continuing my application

DONT APPLY to this company. They are SCAMMERS. What they did to me was they sent some sort of salesman to my house and the salesman did not tell me everything about the contract which he forced me in a way to sign. The company staff are not polite and they each tell you different things regarding your journey with them and they do so in order to prolong your time with them and so that they can rinse your money.
