There are plumbers and there is TR-Eco Solutions, who are in a class of their own. They take seriously the responsibility for their work. The response time is brilliant as are their communication skills.
TR-Eco have done major jobs for us and our daughter plus quite a few of smaller ones in the properties we own. Always to the highest standards, on time and within a budget.
Very highly recommended competent and pleasant people.

Used Thomaz a few months ago and he did a fantastic job so we wanted to get our boiler serviced / replaced with him. He said he will return back in a few days to complete the job but we heard nothing back. We rang him a few times and there was no answer or a call back. Left him a message on WhatsApp to which he finally replied a few weeks later saying he will get back and yet again we heard nothing back. We called him again after 3 months and he finally answered but said he would call us back back in 20 minutes and never got back and did not get back to the text messages either.
It is surprising as to why he would set up a business if he is not interested in serving his customers or have a courtesy to let his customers know he is unavailable so they can find someone else. The job he did was 5 stars but the lack of communication is what was very disappointing and frustrating hence the low rating.

House flooded, boiler broken, no hot water, no heating 😫 We contacted Tomasz who was on holiday abroad but still answered our call and came to fix the boiler the morning he returned. Having pre-determined the faulty part from the fault code he pre-purchased it in order to resolve the problem in one visit. Courteous and considerate, quickly and accurately diagnoses the problem with a cost effective solution. No hesitations in recommending and will definitely use for future projects.

Tomasz installed a radiator in our laundry room with exceptional attention to detail. We really appreciate all the effort put into concealing the pipes, which now run through the concrete floor and are neatly hidden in a small box on the wall. Fantastic service, highly recommended!
