Had my daughter’s 6th birthday here tonight, booking everything was easy, clear and they were all very welcoming and professional when we arrived. Lydia who was our party host was very new at her role but was exemplary, the children all loved her and she made sure everything went seamlessly with loads of fun for all the children. Food was on time, hot, everywhere was clean and safe, super organised and made everything stress free so we could just enjoy the event. Our 13 year old (who is about 6ft 2) was fuming he wasn’t allowed on the soft play he was desperate to have a go 😂 would thoroughly recommend for parties and general visits, can’t wait to go back xxx

Had our daughter’s birthday here today, fantastic time had by all! Staff so welcoming and helpful, they took everything off our hands and the party was well run - can tell they have lots of experience. Worth the money. Party host (Evie?) made our daughter feel very special. Staff took dietary/allergies seriously and triple checked everything. Definitely booking again. Thank you.

This is a really lovely soft play centre with genuine welcoming smiles! The team are very pleasant, friendly and professional, resulting in a vibe that says nothing is too much trouble. We choose the family pizza which was freshly prepared and tasty with far more chips than we could manage!
In short, hats off to the team, if only more soft play centres were as good as TreeTops

Visiting with my two children and with a friend and her two children. It was a cold day out so decided to go to soft play. Inside was just as cold as outside the children were in several layers from travelling there and didn't take any off. The roof was leaking as we ordered food at 1230 we got told the chef is going on there break in a minute so will be half an hour, surely 1230 is lunch time so the chef would break after.
Second time visiting and a car parked in disabled without a blue badge. Probably won't return and especially not in colder weather.

Went with my nearly 3 year old and 3 months old grandson's. They both enjoyed it, even the baby had fun with the mirror in the baby section. Coffee really good, staff very helpful, venue very clean. Our first visit but we've even booked for the xmas eve party

We had a private hire party at tree tops today for my 3 year old. He hasn’t got many friends yet as he’s not in nursery so we only really had a handful of children, yet Kelly, our party hostess still made sure everyone had the best time. She clearly loves her job and had time for every child that attended and tried to make a fuss of the party boy every chance she could. All of the kids, older and younger loved Kelly and everyone commented how great the party was and were asking me for info for their future parties. Everyone enjoyed the food and the extra food was brought out for the adults to enjoy so nothing was wasted. The play area and toilets were all freshly cleaned too. Everything ran smoothly and communication was great. Thank you

We come here quite regularly with our children and they both love it and so do we! We had our youngest party there today with peppa pig as a special guest and we cannot thank the staff enough! They went above and beyond to make her day special. We had confirmations beforehand and everything we needed was sorted with no bother. We got a run through of the day once we got there the food was lovely with a good range of selection with cupcakes included. This is the second party my children have had here and I wouldn’t go to another other play centre. Everything is stress free and organised perfectly! Thank you again guys for another magical party!
