Terrible service fixing my bike! I went to try and ask about why my disk breaks were sticking on. I was met by an incredibly rude man who progressed to belittle me about my attempts to try and diagnose the problem myself. He stated that the break fluid on my wheels was very bad for them, and they'd have to charge extra for deep cleaning, which i said was fine.

To cut a long story short... I've paid 154 pounds for them not to clean my wheel (after scare mongering saying it was critical) and fix the breaks. I didn't receive an itemised list of the works performed on my bike.

When I asked if I had any warranty on the works completed, some plonker there just said 'yeah yeah bring it back, mate.'

Don't bother coming here

In fairness, I did find the receipt in my junk email after the works were complete, and I was charged £74 to fix my breaks. I have no problem with the shop highlighting they needed cleaning as per my first comment. But I do argue that the disk pads themselves had wd40 on them. As they weren't in the brakes when I sprayed them... they were in a sandwich bag.

All I would say is, for the cost of repair, someone would expect the wheels to be cleaned or even at the risk of damage the opportunity to clean them. He said I needed to leave the WD40 on the wheels to show the tech. (I have added photos of the now clean wheels. Literally took me 20 seconds to clean off)

I was also under the impression I would be sent a list of works required after further inspection by the tech... but I only received a text saying by bike was complete 3 days later.

The silver lining to all this is that my breaks are still working 😂 so I guess there's that.

Called in today for advice on my brakes and handle positioning, a gentleman called Mark helped me. Amazing ! adjustments were made to my brakes to narrow the grip for my tiny hands, put some air in my tyres too. No charge wow ! Was prepared to pay but mark was just happy to help. Temped to get a new bike though now was blow away with their selection of awesome bikes. Thank you team Trek

Just collected my new bike from Trek Sheffield. Fabulous experience from start to finish. Received regular updates on the production process from ordering the bike. The handover experience today was made very special - the team took plenty of time to explain everything and show me what was what. I am totally delighted! Thanks everyone!!

I have bought a number of bikes from here but they really need to brush up on their customer service. I was looking to buy another bike and it just felt like I was an inconvenience asking questions, but my wife struggles with the weight of the bike and I wanted a lighter bike, but everything I asked seemed to upset the sales person. Still they lost a sale. Shame.

Great store, purchased my Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2 2023 from here a few weeks back on special reduction, not a mark on the bike and it was set up perfectly all brakes and gears worked spot on from the off. Friendly staff would only buy from Trek in the future having bought my other Treks from other stores none of them have been no where near as good as buying direct from Trek. Also had my Marlin 6 Gen 2 wheel fully rebuilt here last weekend with new Shimano hub and spokes, did a top job would only take both my bikes to Trek from now on. Only negative is when you're bike is in for work you have to do a bit of chasing to hear back what is wrong with it and when it is going to be fixed by, but other than that can't fault them, would 100% use again!

I turned up out of the blue and the staff diagnosed my bike problem and fixed it plus explaining to me exactly what had happened. Couldn’t have been more satisfied
