Robbie installed a new pipe into the house under the driveway to replace a lead one. He was flexible with times and went out of his way to fit with my schedule and that of Scottish Water's contractors, even when meant working a long day. Good communication and a professional job well done. Liaised with Scottish Water and facilitated the Track Inspection getting done and passed really quickly. Highly recommendeded.

Totally recommended. Robbie and team carried out a lead pipe replacement for our water supply. The job took about 6 hours from start to finish with minimum disruption. Whole process from quote to completion was flawless with excellent communication.
Hard work, know-how, determination and superb organisation meant that not a second was wasted and all problems were overcome quickly and successfully.
(For comparison a different company told us the work would take 3 days - with associated high labour costs - and involve digging up the garden. It was a no-brainer to go with Trenchless!)

Robbie and his team recently replaced our lead piping which was located under our monoblock driveway. The pipe work was extremely complicated due to being a period home which meant Robbie required assistance from a plumber which Robbie arranged. Both Robbie and the plumber were on time, professional, reliable, personable and so helpful. Even though this job was rather complicated the team didn’t give up! I would highly recommend Robbie and the team - outstanding customer service!!!

Robbie and his team went above and beyond to replace the external section of a lead rising main, reorganising his schedule to attend at short notice when we had a sudden leak and liaising with the plumber to make the link to the internal pipe. The original quotation and re-quote were delivered promptly and the job completed efficiently at the quoted price, with minimal disruption and the site left clean and tidy. We used Trenchless Installations Ltd to replace our connection to the water main. Robbie’s communications were great, he always arrived when he said he would, and he managed all the interactions with Scottish Water for us.
We had a really tricky job as we live in an old house, and there were a number of challenges involved with getting the new pipes all the way out to the boundary without impacting on other services. Using the “mole” to dig the tunnel was truly the best option for us and resulted in minimal disruption to our garden too which was ideal.
