Very very disappointing and would not be recommending, with completely inaccurate drawings, here are a number of issues below. I will not be using this company again.

1. Firstly submitting my drawings incorrectly with not looking into the house sizes, this is a basic minimum requirement, so then costing time and money and then using up my second app try with the new layout to reduce to 4 houses

2. Not taking into consideration of existing openings in current building, which would not be cost effect to just cut new holes everywhere and new steels etc

3. Not taking into consideration of level changes of height from the first part of the building to the end house floor. Your drawings do not take any of this into consideration

4. Creating the floor plans for the shop and flat that were not land registry compliant and then as everything was taking ages i lost the sale. I did at time then go to another floor plan company costing more money

5. Missing that one of the bedrooms did not have a fire escape 600mm height.

6. Creating a flying freehold on a 2 houses which would make life very difficult to sell or mortgage

I have now had to go to another company to get new drawings and re-submit to get lots of changes done.

I’m so disappointed as I was recommended to use Trewin.
