My home was fitted with a Trianco 15 Kw Air source heat pump. Trianco are a very well respected Oil heatings boilers. So I was not concerned when it was delivered and fitted. Being 15Kw it is quite a lump and given the space requirements for installation it takes up some room. I had room so was not overly concerned. The boiler has been fitted for about a month now without any problems, last night outside temp fell to 1.5 degree Celsius, out home was very comfortable. I would recommend this ASHP to anyone who has room for the installation. I would also add that it is very quiet.

We've been trialing a new product for us , the Trianco Activair Indoor Air Source Heat Pump. After receiving good results I've rolled it out on an entire scheme of multi storey flats.
Units were easy to fit, not too bulky, and already getting great feedback compared to the old heat pump which were previously on the roofs.
Our tenants have noticed big savings on their energy bills too of around 40 %

My Wife and I have no quabbles about the product itself but plenty to say about the installers.
The open market cost of Combi Maxi is around £3000 but the installation costed us £4500. One reason was the guarantee itself and the other was the promised servicing, if needed!.
We got half an hour of instruction at the end of the day of installation and expected, as 85+ OAPs, to read and understand the operations on the manual. Further help will cost £96 per hour.
We have gone through this adventure to supposedly help with reducing gas pollution. 20% of the total went to IRDepartment. Heat pumps cost a lot more.

Purchased an Aztec boiler from Trisnco back in May 2023. Very happy with the product.

Had a replacement boiler through this company and used installers they recommended as so few heating companies and plumbers deal with electric boiler systems. The company they told me to use fitted my boiler illegally with live wires poking out all over the place and a hot water tank with no thermostat or heat controls. I was never left me any paperwork, guarantee registrations or anything. When my heating inevitably failed the first time, I contacted Trianco about this they said there was nothing they could do, despite providing serial numbers for the boiler to prove it's age and using their "recommended" installers. My heating system is now dangerous and I face a huge bill to have the whole thing ripped out and installed properly, all because I bought a boiler from this company and used the installers they told me to use. I have contacted Trianco directly but got no response.

Shocking Attitude, rang for replacement fire retardant rope the quote was reasonable but carriage £14+ then the phone was virtually put down on me, all nice till I wouldn’t spend £105! The multi fuel stove has never been any good. I personally wouldn’t buy from this company but the landlord did, so if you want quality or good service avoid!

I have been dealing with Trianco for a number of years now and always found the sales and tech Guys to be knowledgeable and helpful as many times I have had my head inside a boiler and phone in other hand being guided by Russell the Tech Guy. Great people great products and Great Service , I think I have said enough .
