Having no experience with air source heat pumps, we were a little anxious about choosing the right company to install one for us. After months of headaches and doing our research we decided to go with Trigen.
Trigen supplied and fitted a heat pump system along with new radiators throughout (under the green homes grant scheme) at the beginning of this year, the whole team were professional, considerate and friendly during and after the whole process. Michael has left us feeling reassured and confident with our new heating system.
We are loving the new system and the fact it has a simple app to control the heating, it is all working as it should and we feel good going even greener and saving money at the same time!
