UK phone number does not work. Emails are not responded to. EU phone numbers just send you back to the UK. The much-lauded "customer portal" is just an email address that does not respond. We just had a simple Qs about the specification prior to installation... highly likely we will now choose an alternative manufacturer. Not impressed.

Not impressed at all. Ordered a solar panel over a week ago with the expectation of delivery within 2 to 3 working days. I am still without a solar panel and have been told 3 different days I can expect the panel, each day has come and gone and I'm yet to recieve my delivery. The poor communication has meant I have had to contact them each time to find out where my order is only to be given another excuse as to why it has not been dispatched. There was no mention within the website to say the panel was not available or that they were waiting for delivery.

I chose So Solar for my solar panel because they had great prices and were a UK company. When I placed the order on ebay, there was a note saying the shop was closed for holidays, but I was in no rush. Obviously when they came back from hols, they had a big backlog as the panel was a couple of days late. But as a 'sorry' they sent me a box of Maltesers! Now, where have you ever seen service like that? Panel turned up the next day anyway. So thanks for the choccies guys, literally a pleasure doing business with you.

Dont return calls and dont have a email address in UK. Very strange company. Got 16 faulty panels and no back up. Be carefull.

I've ordered a solar panel kit a month ago and never been delivered. I've received so many different lame excuse about it.... Only lies. I've been let down massively. This is the reason of my negative feedback

Called these people several times in the last few months and never had a call back.
Very poor customer service.
