TRL is being replaced by a huge housing estate. However they look to have misjudged the water levels. They built several large lakes when they started, now they are dry. In the past my car was washed off the road here by a river with appears in heavy rain. The high and low points are almost certainly more extreme than they have planned for #flooding .
