Absolutely appalling company, my partner used these and got nothing but harassment from the worker called Emily O'hare.
27 calls over 2 days. Absolutely ridiculous and she even got told it's borderline stalking and she just laughed it off.
Say they can do the best deal etc etc then just constantly harass you with phone calls.

Very bad broker binding the contract and asking money the innocent people. When you sign the contract with higher prices they don’t care the customer. Someone comes your business and talk nicely and saying all the lies and working with WhatsApp.
Please don’t use this company brokers.

I normally avoid phone calls from energy brokers but Nathan was very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of information to make an informed decision about whether to switch energy providers. He made things very clear and there was no pressure to change providers. I made the decision to switch and feel very happy that I've been able to save some money on electricity and haven't had a massive rise in our gas prices which I was expecting given the current climate. We are a small nursery business and every penny counts so it has been very helpful for sustainability of our business going forward.

I have just aligned and renewed our energy contracts with guidance from Nathan, who was also very patient with me throughout the whole process, answered all of my questions and gave me great confidence in our contracts and renewals going forward.

He was transparent with prices and contracts which I am grateful for as I really appreciate honest clarity when it comes to renewals, as I feel it saves time for everyone involved.

We're now becoming a cleaner, greener company with the options we've chosen and I look forward to working with Troo in the future.

Do not use this company!!! They obtain your signature on a blank mandate and keep trying to take up your meters when they are due for renewal. You only find out when the suppliers done it and they put you on extortionate rates that you cannot get out of.

They requested to interview me for a position that I applied to, but nobody showed at the time, although I tried to contact them many times while waiting for anybody to say anything. Truly time wasters and nonrespectful people. I would give minus if I could.
