Had a fabulous week staying in Nursery House, Stoke. House was cosy and warm, carpet in living room could do with replacing because it was very marked, kitchen tap was loose and also the toilet seat but these can easily be rectified by host (I did inform them at the time) the only downside was the lack of hanging space for clothes although there are lots of drawers to use, I used the clothes airer to hang stuff up. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Chairs in living room were suitable enough for a week long stay, overall it suited my purpose and I really enjoyed my time there visiting family. Would definitely stay here again in future

We had a perfect experience staying in this house for a month while a close relative was in hospital at the Royal Stoke. It's a 10min walk to the hospital, 5mins to amenities in Hartshill and surprisingly short walk to Newcastle too. Truestays were great hosts, responding quickly to pictures of minor maintenance issues and sent someone round to fix them immediately. We only flagged them for deposit reasons but they were quickly put right. Definitely recommend. House was comfortable, modern, great shower and a nice quiet area.

I recently stayed at the Chorlton Road Stoke airbnb and Ollie, Mary,Vren were so helpful throughout.
The accommodation was clean modern and comfortable and the customer service brilliant. We needed a home to stay in while we waited for our house purchase to go through. We had a delay and Truestays went above and beyond to help us extend our stay.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely stay at the accommodation in Ivory Close, Hanley near Stoke on Trent. The house was very clean and well maintained. Location was convenient for centre of Stoke on Trent and the local amenities adequate for our stay. When we return to Stoke on Trent there is a good chance we will stay here again. Enjoyed our stay, house is very clean and had everything we needed, walking distance to shops if you need todo food shop etc , has a pub right next door if u don’t want to go to far out, definitely will be booking again in the future

We had such a nice stay we would definitely recommend. There were 6 of us.
My adult family and I stayed to go to Alton Towers. It was a great location, only 30 minutes' drive from the park.

The property looks exactly like it does on the website. Clean, modern, and spacious. We were impressed.

The 2 showers and 3 toilets were an added bonus for getting ready! (as you can imagine)

The hosts were great. Very responsive. We would stay again. Many thanks
