I found the item I was looking for using Google search and found that Truly PVC had the items at a really competitive price. I placed the order online and received a confirmation email saying my order was being processed. I then received further email confirming that the delivery would be made by Amazon shipping and a link to track my order was also supplied. The goods arrived exactly as described and well packed. I have been very impressed with the speed of processing my order and the quick delivery time.

I put in two orders for a replacement window handle. The first didn't arrive, but that was the fault of Amazon delivery, not Truly PVC as the latter had dispatched it promptly (still a risk to be aware of). I drop a star (to 4*) for that. I tried again - the second was delivered promptly and was good quality. Good value for money. I had confidence ordering because the product was clearly described with good images on Truly PVC's website.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I ordered PVC boards from their website over four weeks ago. The price was clear and listed, and I placed my order expecting delivery within a few business days.

Soon after, they called and told me the boards were out of stock and would take over 3 weeks. I agreed to wait. After waiting, they informed me that the price was a mistake and canceled my order — even though it was their error, not mine.

I explained that I had waited based on their confirmation and that it was only fair they honor the order. They agreed and told me they would handle it. But again, after a few days, they canceled the order anyway and offered to send me only the accessories — which are useless without the actual boards.

When I called to complain, their representative Jessica was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling me “That’s what we have, do whatever you want.”

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on how poorly they handled everything and how disrespectfully I was treated.

Outstanding service, answered my email on a Sunday for guttering that was very difficult to find. I sent photos and got a prompt reply with a link to purchase. The items arrived two days later and were a perfect fit. Highly recommended.

Ordered on Saturday late PM, received email for collection at 9am Monday. Perfect. Did not even know this store existed. Highly recommend it. The man helped put the bag in my car, I didn’t even have to ask. Lovely friendly service.
