Excellent service. Ross is an expert, willing to hand over valuable insight, explanations, and his clearly impressive and vast knowledge and experience. We received great advice from our initial contact to the conclusion of his initial survey. Results are to come, but we’ll certainly be using him again when we’re ready. Ross carried out an asbestos survey and sampling for us, and we found him great to work with. Not only was he super quick in getting the survey booked in and always very communicate on email and the phone, but he also made a big effort to fast-track a sample for us to avoid holding up our builders. As a former HSE Asbestos Inspector I was very impressed with how professionally and efficiently Ross from Trust Environmental removed the asbestos from my new home. He wasn’t aware that I’d worked for the HSE but I couldn’t fault his services which were fully compliant with best practice and carried out to the highest standard.
