Fantastic job.
Design to reality, supported every step of the way.
Great advice on kit selection with a team dedicated to doing the absolute best job they could for us.
Deep knowledge of home cinema setups and all the possible kit options.
Superb execution - 6 ceiling mounted speakers (2 surround & 4 dolby atmos), left and right front hidden in custom made shelving, center under the 65inch LG OLED.
They have strong partners - Richer Sounds Nottingham & West Bridgford Joinery to provide a complete service.
A stack of kit rack mounted and LAN connected through a Cisco switch, all driven with Alexa and Harmony Elite.
Every step of the way, hidden away, best connections possible, care to get it right for us and happy to share knowledge at every turn.
Turned it on, put in our first 4k DVD (BBC Seven Worlds, One planet) and got BLOWN away completely.
Everything I hoped for and then even more.
Could not be happier to recommend a great team with real strength in depth through everyone who contributed from initial visits, to full on "Nerd" design (without talking down to us at any point) and into final install and setup.
Everyone driven to get it right and listen to what we wanted and get the best we could afford.
Fire, floor & furniture still to come but kit is installed.

Top guys, really know their stuff. Especially if you want full smart home automation such as Control4. They were even happy to help configure other peoples work who had been in before to get my Cinema all hooked up to the new kit. They've added a new heading control system, electric gate camera and a host of other cool gadgets I can now control from my phone, the only problem is now I know what else these guys can do its where do I stop!

This is the first time I have used Trusted Technology for the installation of my Home Cinema system. the service was of the highest quality from start to finish. They were extremely patient with me and answered all my questions whilst reassuring me that everything would work just as I wanted. I received a free survey and had my quote back in a couple of days, the engineer was then booked who arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company especially if you are looking for a top quality install, the work produced is nothing less than brilliant. Just to say that Trusted Technology are a 5 star company to deal with.
We had a number of tradesmen visit our property during the alterations and they were all excellent.
Special mention about Steve who was responsible for all the electrics and installation of all the equipment. His attention to detail was superb. If I could allocate him more than 5 stars I would do.

If you use this company then be very careful about their charges. After the initial install which I was happy with I required a bit of extra work a few months later due to a house extension. It required one of their engineers for 1 day (so they said) - labour only, no materials and they wanted to charge me over £800!!!! They stuck to their guns after I queried this crazy charge and said that's what their engineers command per day, so be very careful - customer care comes at a HUGE cost with "Trusted Technology". I have since had the works completed by another company, which were fantastic, it took them 3 hours and they charged me £100 !!!!!

I have now used Trusted Technology on two occasions and both the quality of service and work completed has been excellent. Both jobs were neat and precise, which was exactly what was required. The work has included hanging 3 TV's on different walls, installing speakers in the ceiling for surround sound and setting up an amplifier for optimum sound quality. Warren and Dan, who are nice guys, have been involved with both jobs and provided an explanation of how top operate everything before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to use Trusted Technology again in the future.
