My friend and i recently visited T-Tech about our external hard drive that had failed, and we can't recommend them enough. From the moment we met Tim at T-Tech we found Tim to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly understanding of how important the data was to us.

Even though the recovery ended up being challenging due to the condition of our hard drive, Tim went above and beyond to try every possible solution. Tim kept us updated throughout the process, explained everything in simple terms, and was honest and transparent about the chances of recovery and the costs involved.
While we weren't able to recover all the data in the end, we truly appreciate the effort and care that Tim and his associates put into trying. It's rare to find an IT company that combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service.
We would absolutely recommend T-Tech to anyone facing data recovery or tech issues - you're in good hands with them!

The guys in here really helpful pulled out all the stops price was a little bit more expensive than i was hoping but free is not an option when there excellent service and express way they solved my problems.

Visited T-Tech to see if they could save my iPhone that had screen go black though still working . Tim was very helpful , honest and transparent , gave options and advice .
Even though it wasn’t financially viable to repair the phone he was able to save a lot of data from it as I had stupidly put off backing it up . Friendly and helpful always kept me in the loop with what was happening so would definitely recommend.

I could not recommend this company enough, I went in with a laptop which was not working after Coca Cola was spilt on it, Tim was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He kept us completely updated whilst he was working on trying to fix the laptop for us and was very thorough in checking it was working correctly before returning it. Thank you so much, would definitely come back for any future IT problems.
