Went here for some wood screws. The public counter was unmanned but lot's of people sat at there computers. Nobody looked at me or spoke as I wandered around. Couldn't find what I wanted but nobody took any notice of my presence so I walked out.
Won't be returning to this unhelpful, unwelcoming business again.

Great bunch, get in off the road quick before the grumpy neighbour starts complaining. Understandable really, the road is narrow and busy so the yard lads do a great job getting you in n out as quickly as they can.
