Till att börja med ett konstigt bemötande med att inga garantier gavs på att kavajen jag lämnar in blir helt ren från fläckar?! Men då jag har tidsnöd lämnar jag den ändå?väldigt spänd på resultatet. Men helt ärligt de borde gå en kurs i kundbemötande.

Har nu hämtat min kavaj den är som ny?påpekade hur jag upplevde bemötandet vid inlämnandet o fick en hjärtlig o ärlig ursäkt med löfte om att detta var något hon skulle tänka på.

Jag är hur som helst nöjd o kommer att använda dem igen.

Tvätten är ren men sen är det stopp, dukar som ska manglas är helt sneda och vridna när de återlämnas. Handdukar och kläder i oformligt skick. Bedrövligt att lämna tillbaka tvätten i detta skick till kunderna. Ingen förbättring av resultatet efter reklamation.
