Can't recommend this place enough. My son recently moved to Colorado for school and his car broke down. He had it towed to this shop and they diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump. They also noticed a small oil leak on the valve cover and recommended that we get it fixed too. Very transparent about the prices and timeframe for getting everything done. The car was done in a couple days. About 2 weeks later, the car was struggling to start up in the mornings and was idling a little rough, and the check engine light came on. We took it to Orielly and their code reader said that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. I called the shop and talked to Chris and told him the issue and he said bring it back in and they will check it out. They ended up changing the fuel pump again and it was covered by their 2 year parts and labor warranty. They had it fixed up the next day and there was no charge for this.

It gives me peace of mind that this shop stands by their work, since I live in a different state and am unable to work on the vehicle myself. Thank you Chris!

I can’t say enough about the guys at Twisted Wrench! I called them in a tizzy after dragging my feet for weeks with Stevenson Toyota. I needed my 120K mile “big service” and Toyota wanted to charge me over $900!!! Well the day finally arrived for my appointment and I just could NOT do it. So I googled other mechanics in Golden and LUCKILY found Twisted Wrench. They evaluated my car THAT DAY and scheduled my service for the next day. They were friendly, efficient, honest AND my total was ~$560 NOT $900!! Apparently Toyota just does what’s on your list whether you need it or not….I guess we need to be EDUCATED CONSUMERS to survive these days!
