We bought a Bosch oven from Tyler's at Newport. I think it was the owner who served us. He was absolutely brilliant. I've bought many appliances from various stores over the years and have never come across anyone who was so knowledgeable and helpful. He ought to train salespeople in some of the larger well known stores who can never answer any questions!! He also had a very good deal on the oven that I wanted so even better and free delivery and they also took away our old oven.We also bought a kettle that was also on offer at half price.We looked at fridge freezers as we had a problem with ours but he gave us loads of tips on what to do to try and rectify it. Well try those but if we need one we'll definitely be buying it from Tyler's at Newport. The oven was delivered exactly when promised, with phone calls to keep us updated on when they'd arrive. The delivery man and electrician were very good and very careful. It was one of the most stress free purchases we have made. If I could have given Tyler's 10 stars I would. I will definitely make them my first port of call when I next have to buy an appliance. Thank you to everyone at Tyler's at Newport.

We live in Newport , and we always go to Tyler's first to see what they have to offer. A very friendly, knowledgeable gentleman helped us with our requirements. Prices are very competitive . Within an hour, we had purchased what we wanted. They deliver as well. What more can you want. We are lucky to have them in Newport. A wide variety of appliances available.

Have bought electrical goods from Tyler's for many years and have always been impressed with the selection of products available and the high level of service provided by the knowledgeable staff. Recently we had need to replace a fridge freezer and contacted Tyler's who couldnt have been more helpful. Despite not stocking the particular model we were after, they were able to source the exact model we wanted which was delivered and fitted promptly at a time to suit. Excellent service -thank you!

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. The sales team are knowledgeable about the products. They will explain features and benefits tailored to your needs. Delivery is fast and efficient. There is an option for installation nd removal of old appliances at a small charge. This is carried out at a high standard by efficient friendly staff. They keep you informed on delivery updates on the day. I won't buy gas or electrical appliances from anywhere else! Highly recommend.

What amazing service. Called up for an urgent delivery and fit of an integral fridge for my elderly dad. They booked us in for Feb as really busy but have lent us a brand new fridge in the meantime. They will collect it when they fit the other Five stars. So appreciated Andy at Tyler’s Newport. Thank you 😀
