I have been with them for ages and I like it but last night I saw something sad there was a injured seagull and today the owner was kind and helped us get the seagull my kids where sad for it so we took it to British Wildlife Rescue Centre to help it

When first arriving at the storage unit, we opened the doors to find the inside covered in water. I rang for the owner to say this is normal due to the weather we had had the back end of 2024 and start of 2025 but due to the vents in the unit this will not be the case when our furniture is in there.

Collecting our furniture at the start of May to see that all of our solid wood furniture was covered in mould, including our bed. We have had to throw our expensive wardrobe away due to the wood is to damaged and bowed from the damp that was in the storage unit.

Customer service is excellent!!
Second best to non service. Security ,surveillance cleanliness communication accessibility no words to explain as it more than best and excellent. I shed a tear when I took my keys, as it had become my 'SECOND HOME"
