I was talking to lady at green light hub at desk.
Another person name lewis out of no where start shouting on me. He was very unprofessional idiot with zero respect showing himself that he is manager. Uber always talk about good customer service. Uber really need to teach staff how to talk with people in office.

Uber is nothing but a sham of a company, hiding behind a fake image of fairness and diversity while ruthlessly exploiting its drivers. Their claim of inclusivity is a sick joke. Sure, they parade staff from different backgrounds in their front offices to look good, but behind the scenes, their practices are blatantly racist, discriminatory, and downright unethical.

Drivers are treated like disposable tools, not human beings. They live in constant fear of having their accounts deactivated for no reason, stripped of their livelihoods without explanation. Uber doesn’t care about fairness or justice – they care about power and profits. Complain? Speak out? They’ll retaliate by shutting you down. It’s a disgusting abuse of power, and they know drivers can’t do much about it.

Their so-called customer support is even worse. Every time someone raises a valid issue, they’re met with robotic, useless responses like, ‘Please contact support,’ which leads nowhere. It’s all a scripted circus to dodge responsibility. Uber has no intention of fixing anything or addressing the disgusting way they treat their drivers. They’re too busy counting the billions they rake in from the sweat of people they abuse.

This company is rotten to the core. They exploit, discriminate, and destroy livelihoods while pretending to be fair and progressive. Uber is the epitome of corporate greed, hypocrisy, and injustice. If you have even a shred of conscience, avoid this parasitic company at all costs. They don’t deserve it.
