Totally shambolic bin collection service in West Oxfordshire. In the last six weeks they have taken our bin away during emptying and lost it. In the same period they have smashed the lid off another bin. Dreadful.

So improved and now our caddy's are collected by a super friendly chap who doesn't chuck the caddy's down and detach the hinges as before!
