Sent a large number of devices including laptops, keyboard, mouse, headsets, chrome boxes, cables, LAN cables, etc. The driver arrived within the given time frame and the collections process was extremely smooth.

Additionally, he explained to me the process of sanitising and advised the certificate will be issued once all devices have been sanitised. I received the certificate within a week's time, which clearly listed the serial numbers of all devices and status against each.

Was great working with Ucan and I would certainly go back for further recycling.

Had some broken electronics, filled in the form on their website. They called back in a few mins and a man with a van came to pick them up at my house within 2 hours.

Absolute terrible company. They constantly ringing begging for parts. If I want to recycle computer parts I will contact someone. I do not expect a company to keep ringing me all the time. can you imagine if all other companies started to do this.

Do yourself a favour and AVOID this dodgy company. I recycled my old laptop and phone here but they sold my equipment online instead of recycling it!!! Shady business
