Really unhappy with them. Not only are they expensive but they made several mistakes during the contract which took ages to remedy and claim back. I cancelled the direct debit on leaving out of fear of being overcharged (again), but provided all necessary info ,(final meter readings, relinquishing lease proof, landlord and new tenants email), and told them I wanted to settle. but they still applied a £25 charge. Emails were short and rude (Waseem and Sonya). Would not recommend. Stay away.

Extortionately expensive, untrustworthy and demand money not owed. Do not provide them with your direct debit details they will fleece you! you have been warned

Great customer services and friendly team Chris managed our account from start to finish it was like a breath of fresh air as it is one less thing we have to worry about as running a business has its own problems and you never really pay attention to your energy needs until you realise you are paying way too much.

We now have a dedicated account manager who will keep an eye on or pricing and make sure we don't pay over the odds for our energy needs.

I have never really understood energy costs or how its all worked out etc. i spoke to a few energy suppliers and I struggled to get clear advice , until now I never knew who to go with or what it is going to cost me. UGP gave me clear advice and a very straight forward service. I have saved money on my utility supplies by swapping to UGP.. very quick , clear and helpful.. I will be sticking with UGP from now on.I feel more comfortable with this company and my business is saving money.. win win
