Really pleased with both the cast iron radiator and the excellent customer service from UKAA. We had the Carron Victorian cast iron radiator in satin black with pewter accessories. Only tip I would give is not to mix the make of accessories, we had to have an Arroll radiator bleed nipple as they did not have one in pewter in the Carron range and there is a difference in colour. The thistle design wall stay gives it a nice added touch. The black looks elegant and compliments our woodburner. UKAA were great and responded quickly to emails, they even stored our radiator until we were ready for delivery whilst we finished the renovations to our dining room. Will definitely buy our next cast iron radiator from them!

If you are looking to buy Thomas Crapper Products then I would def say that purchasing through this wonderful company is a game changer. We were in a hurry and our sink arrived so fast. The Joiner then dropped it on install and we had to order another (whilst crying!!) which came at lighting speed. Bethany saved the day. Such great service, super friendly would order again in a heart beat. Thank you all such a great buying experience !

It’s been a mixed experience dealing with UKAA. I’m happy with my new radiator but customer service hasn’t been great.

I ordered fittings all marked as “Antique Brass”. After delivery and fitting by my plumber, it’s obvious that the products have different finishes. UKAA’s customer service tells me the value has an “aged” finish and everything else has a “man made” finish. (A) that’s not explained anywhere on the website and it’s quite a big issue to gloss over. (B) after asking UKAA’s customer services about the problem I was given zero assistance. I was told in a very matter of fact way that the finishes are different (again, not mentioned when ordering) and I got what I ordered.

Good customer service would have involved identifying the problem and suggesting a solution. I would have been fine to pay for new fittings if someone had offered to help me. I’m going to order them from a competitor instead.

Resolving this issue will cost me literally hundreds of pounds: new hardware and another call out from my plumber. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend using this company.

Absolutely fantastic service from Viv at this company. Can not fault her knowledge and experience with what I wanted. I had left it very late to order for my builder but she ensured the order was quickly processed and put out for delivery within 24 hours. I had the radiator powder coated by a local supplier and I am delighted with it. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and will be ordering again.
