I strongly advise against engaging with this company. They continuously change appointment dates for the loft hatch installation, loft insulation, and heating controls, leaving me waiting around for days only to receive last-minute cancellations. After much delay, a technician arrived to install the loft hatch but disregarded the original agreement made with the surveyor about its placement. He also damaged significant portions of the ceiling, claiming it's common with older constructions. In his attempt to fix it, he left a hole next to the new loft hatch that now lets in stale air into one of the children's rooms! Additionally, his demeanor was unpleasant, as he frequently swore while working. I'm now left to find another contractor to complete the job. On a positive note, the office staff was quite courteous.

Alex & the 2 fellas that arrived to do my wall insulation were professional, courteous & extremely hard working, & had an amazing work ethic. They completed the job in 2 days & thoroughly cleaned up removing all bagged up rubbish from the outside of the house.The finished product is of a good standard.
Prior to this work being done I had the plumber Nu’man who was grrreat, he was professional, courteous & had great communication skills, explaining how to use the new smart heating controls & about the radbots.
I have amended my score & reduced it as communication could be improved with Alex & his team of workers especially regarding mishaps (had removed a double wall socket which they didn’t mention, it was replaced only because I noticed it & told them & also breaking the loft latch which they didn’t mention but now have replaced. Roof insulation has also been laid down in the wrong direction & the hatch itself hasn’t been insulated resulting in the need for a return visit post inspection. They were also aware of what had happened to the verge/brickwork & neglected to mention this).The score also reflects the fact that the company has refused to accept responsibility for damage that has occurred during their work ( ie the roof verge now needs redoing & there is damage to the brickwork around the window).
However I am still grateful to all the team that I haven’t met that did all the admin & organising to make this work possible. This will have a very positive impact on my general comfort & health.

Cozy Homes Installations John,John n Dale did an AMAZING job and completely worked around with me as this was a project of 2 weeks, nothing was too much for these guys.
They respected my home by placing dust sheets, with sheeting on the floor throughout.
They kept the dust to a minimum and were very efficient when tiding up for the even and all rubish taken away at the end of the week.
A BIG thank you guy's

Had this company come in initially and refused to do cavity walls. Glad they never done it. Messed up my windows with rubbish air vents. I would not go with them instead go with Consumer Energy Solutions who much better one of the top companies in the game. Be care full with UK Energy Management (NE) Ltd.

JJ and Ian arrived at 8am sharp and started sucking out the old cavity wall insulation. They had to stop midway as the insulation was soaking wet, and to quote Ian “ the worst he’d seen in 30 years of doing this job “. This caused delay and the lads needed to head back to Newcastle. Head office have advised me that as it’s Friday, someone will come next week to complete the extraction and put new insulation into the walls. Fingers crossed. Both gents were considerate and professional.
