After making reservation for concrete installation 2 days prior they refused service last minute after ascertaining that the job might take too long for their comfort and left, we were on a incredibly tight schedule with bricky being booked the next day, it was very critical for us to ensure the concrete foundation was ready, and after arriving an hour late, UK READY MIX CONCRETE LTD worker spent first half hour in his truck on a phone call, then when he inspected the site (a small out building in the garden) he ran back saying he has other jobs to do.

Because of the tight schedule my father requested profusely that he does the work he is here for, but without any courtesy the worker refused service, when asked to let us speak to his boss, he replied "No one will pick up your phone now" and after many calls and messages we havent heard a response till date, absolutely shameless, absolutely unreliable, absolutely unprofessional, after reading other 1 star reviews I am glad it all happened, your concrete quality is an absolute joke, and dont for a moment think i am confusing you to another company, a different person provided an unsatisfied review with a picture of your truck with your name on it and you had the audacity to say he was confusing you to someone else, you guys need to go out of business.

Very unprofessional and using very low level material. I put the concrete under the foundation and on alleyways, they used very low quality material, it’s all come over like sand, when I complaint to the owner, he just keep saying he’ll come to see the site but till now nobody came , when I send the pictures and videos, nobody answered. So now I decided to take the legal action against him.

Disgusting company. We booked concrete but guy came and left saying he cannot doing it as he will be late to another job.

When called no body answers so don’t trust this company

I use this company to do basement
I order C25 concrete and C30
And after I remove all soil
I see concrete is not strong it is look like mud no concrete still after 3 months I can put nail easy in concrete
Please last week I order C35
When I see the screen it waz C 30 and I tell them
And till now I can make hole with finger

U reply to me u don’t work with me and I misunderstand company
I have all photos and videos
But u don’t care even to come to see the job u have done
This is not ur company and this is not ur guy
