I researched several companies and major players before choosing UK Renewals as a second surveyor for a Air Source Heat Pump solution. Robs expert advice and survey assessment produced a more than acceptable solution, very competently priced. Installation was carried out with care and consideration, as I work from home and was not inconvenienced at all. One item was damaged o receipt from suppliers and an ordered tank was found unavailable, but UK Renewals staff went the extra mile to insure all items were in perfect condition and the right size tank made available. Thse minor delivery delay added a day to the work package but it still only caused the expected 1 day without hot water.
Expertly installed, well demonstrated on the controls and I was amazed at how well the system worked. The Samsung Heat Pump is quieter than my freezer and closing the airing cupboard door, the water pump is markedly quiet than the system it replaced.
All of the paperwork for the BUS garnt £7500 was sorted by them. Will be taking the final leap with an AEG Hob to go Gas Free as we already have Solar Panels in place, and cut out the £10 a month standing charge for gas.

Recommend UK Renewals to others? Guaranteed.

I would let them use my installation to advertise and showcase to anyone tempted to opt for a Heat Pump. Absolutely the best decision we made to choose UK Renewals.
