I pay for an annual service, unlimited call outs. I am still waiting for my 2019 service on my boiler. I have called, emailed and wrote letters and still no reply. I now have a problem with my boiler and I can't get hold of them.

Cant comment on the customer service as i can NEVER get through. The service on my boiler has been missed by 2 weeks and i cant contact them, and they havent contacted me!!! Absolute Rubbish!!!!

Congenial service provided by UK Shield just like I expected, they gave me a first-class top notch boiler along with a generous 4 years manufacturer warranty. For any issues with your boiler don't look further than UK Shield.

Absolutely shocking service as it's non existent now, they don't even reply to e-mails. l have also just found out they didn't pay gas engineer who services my boiler last November

Awful company. Always have to leave a msg. Rarely, if ever, get back to you. After months of grief finally cancelling my CH & boiler cover with them.

Do not use this company it is a scam - I have contacted trading standards about them. They do not do as promised and owe me £1100 pounds.
