uu opened an account in my name of there own accord, trying to bill me for a property i haven’t lived in for 2.5 years and was actually never liable for any bills in that property as it was my parents.
absolutely beyond belief how they can behave like that. should be classed as identity fraud!
i only found out because it popped up on my credit score with a red flag.
seems this is a common occurrence from the comments,
unnecessary stress.

Contacted them to discuss my DD which increased due to a leak while I was way. They advised they may be able to make an allowance if the leak had been fixed. So they lowered my DD again back to prior level and submitted a case to see if I would get a refund due to making higher payments over the last 3 months.

When it comes to customer contact they are one of the best...they will call back if the call is disconnected and certainly are attuned to the needs of the individual. Now when it comes to repairs, namely footpath into carriageway they are the slowest to complete...At present they have had the footpath / carriageway up for a third or forth time repair...the busiest road in Wigan...traffic at a standstill and every time I pass NOTHING BEING DONE....They stretch the permission to the maximum...very very poor.

Reported loose / very noisy manhole cover grid twice since early June. Still not fixed. Came out & did a botched temporary fix. Within a couple of weeks it started again & got worse. Whole road needs resurfacing. Woken up in the night & over 100 cars pass in the day. Not good when you have migraines & UU just ignore the follow up. Council now involved. Really poor service. Regarding your follow up reply I have NOT Bern speaking with Emma via social media at all. Such lies

horrible experience with this company and customer service. one of them called Sharon, does not want to help and keeps interrupting.They want me to pay 245 pounds for my first 46 days in the new house depending on estimation. Lots of mistakes happened before in the previous house as they were unfortunately the same water company and they were the main reason to lower my credit score because their mistakes and the funny thing they sent an apology after destroying my credit score. The government should not put us under obligation to be with a certain water company . I want to change but not allowed. if there is rating less than zero, I would give
